Seven small blue topaz run along the top of a slim silver band, and they are not set in a straight row. Five heart cuts sit in the middle, each turned the opposite way to the one beside it so the points interlock and the line zigzags, with one small round finishing each end.
Set this way the stones catch light at different moments as the hand moves, so the pale blue flickers along the band rather than lighting all at once. The shank stays narrow and plain behind them. 1.18 carats across all seven, sized 7 US.
