All Gemstones are Natural in Origin
Two cushion cut citrines of four carats apiece do nearly all the work here, broad honey gold stones with the cushion outline softening every corner. Each is held by a ring of small gold prongs and enclosed in a single row halo of black spinel bead set into darkened metal, so a hard black line traces the whole perimeter.
That black border is what makes the yellow read as strongly as it does, and it also squares off a stone that would otherwise look round at a distance. The lever backs are finished in the same 14K yellow gold plating, and at 32.2 by 13.2 millimeters the pair sits just below the lobe.
