Three emerald cut citrines sit along the front of each hoop, every one of them in a bezel edged with fine milgrain beading, and between them two stations of small round white topaz in white metal break up the run of gold. Step cut faceting holds the citrine color in broad flat panels instead of scattering it, which is why the beaded outline around each stone reads so clearly.
The hoops close with a hinged click top and keep a slim rounded profile at 25 by 6 millimeters, with the stations set along the outer face where they turn toward the front at the ear.
