All Gemstones are Natural in Origin
These are oval cuts, and they are set east to west so that each stone lies across the wrist at its widest point. Twenty-nine of them over 12.45 carats works out near four tenths of a carat apiece, large enough that you read the stones one at a time instead of as a single blur, and the row picks up a definite rhythm because of it.
What flanks them is worth noticing. Every link carries a raised rail of milgrain beading along its upper and lower edge, so two fine textured lines of white metal run the whole length of the bracelet and box the ovals in between. Against that the citrine reads bright lemon gold rather than deep amber. A concealed box clasp with two safety catches closes the line, and at seven inches it sits close to the wrist.
