All Gemstones are Natural in Origin
The emeralds do not run in a line. Eight to each earring, ovals and marquises together, they overlap in a loose petal cluster that tapers from a wide top down to a narrow point, closer to a sprig of leaves than to a row. Small diamonds fill the gaps where one stone crosses another, so almost no bare metal shows between them.
Above the cluster a slim curved hook carries diamonds in single file down its length, setting a thin bright line at the top of the drop before the green mass begins. The emeralds read a light to medium green with a slight lean toward blue, and they are closely matched to one another in tone across both earrings. At 40 by 14 millimeters the drop is narrow, so from any distance it resolves into a single tapering wedge of green rather than eight separate stones.
