What sets this one apart is the shank. Instead of running diamonds down the shoulders, the white gold is left wide, plain and highly polished, swelling out from the halo and tapering as it comes round the finger, with a small piercing worked into the gallery underneath. All the light sits at the top and the rest is solid metal.
The oval emerald is set high in the middle of that mass, ringed by a close row of small round diamonds that traces its outline with almost no metal showing between them. Green against a bare white field, at ring size 6 US.
