All Gemstones are Natural in Origin
Two halos, and they do different jobs. An oval opal sits at the center of each drop, cream bodied with pink and green firing across it as the earring moves. Around that comes a close ring of round blue sapphires, dark enough to pin the pale opal in place, and around those a scalloped outer row of small white topaz that gives the drop its flowerhead edge.
The opal is the only stone here that changes. The sapphires hold a steady dark blue and the topaz a steady white, so the play of color has a fixed frame to move against. Each drop hangs from a leverback and measures thirty-three by fourteen millimeters.
