All Gemstones are Natural in Origin
Each drop is a long pear cut green amethyst, narrow at the top and swelling low, so the pale mint color pools toward the wide end of the stone. The frame is what gives the earring its shape: a ribbon of beaded white metal loops over itself in a figure eight above the stone, then runs down both sides to enclose the pear, an outline the stone would not have on its own.
Gold appears in three places only, the French wire hooks, the coiled collars beneath them, and the prongs gripping each pear at top and bottom. Everything else reads white and finely beaded, which keeps the warm metal as an accent rather than a field. At 51 millimeters these fall well below the lobe and swing freely on the wire.
