A London blue topaz of nearly four carats gives this ring its deep, inky blue center, darker and moodier than most blue topaz. Twelve small diamonds ring the stone in a fine halo that draws light to the edge of all that blue. Set in rhodium plated silver, it is a rich, saturated piece, and it will not be made again.
