The morganite weight is spread across about a dozen small oval stones set in staggered rows across the top of the band rather than gathered into a centre. The plating runs distinctly rose toned, close enough in colour to the peachy pink of the morganites that stones and metal read almost as one continuous blush surface, with a few small colourless accents at either side to break it up. That near match is unusual and it is the reason to look at this ring.
