Each drop is a single oval blue sapphire, claw set at four points and hung from a narrow bar of pavé diamonds that lies flat against the lobe. The bar is the fixed part and the sapphire swings below it, so the blue moves while the diamond line stays still.
White gold throughout, 19 by 7 millimeters end to end, narrow enough that the pair reads as a line of blue at any distance.
