Oval blue sapphires, held on yellow gold claws inside a close halo of small round diamonds set in white metal. At 10 by 8 millimeters the pair sits flat to the lobe, and the halo widens the visible outline well past the stone itself.
The two metal colors are doing something specific here: warm claws against the blue, a white surround to keep the diamonds bright, and a sapphire that looks deeper for being ringed in light.
