Each earring is a single slender arc, only 3 millimeters across and 44 millimeters long, carrying one continuous row of small round peridots. The stones are held between shared prongs, so a fine bright rib of metal shows between each pair and the line reads as a series of separate green points rather than a solid field.
That narrow profile is the point: at arm's length the pair reads as two thin lines of yellow green light at the ear, with no bulk behind them. Rhodium plated silver keeps the metal cool so nothing warms the green, and the gentle curve of the arc follows the line of the lobe.
