These are huggie hoops, small enough to sit right against the lobe, and the entire front face is set. Three emerald cut peridots per hoop lie flat in milgrained yellow gold bezels, and between them sit stations of paired round white topaz mounted in white metal, so the hoop alternates warm gold and cool white the whole way around.
The step cut holds the yellow green in flat panels instead of scattering it, which is why the color stays even as the hoop turns. Six peridots at 2.24 carats, eight white topazes at 0.20, on a 25 by 5.6 millimeter frame.
