All Gemstones are Natural in Origin
Four oval rubies fill the face of each earring, two across in an upper pair and two across in a lower pair, every stone gripped by its own silver claws. Three bands of raised silver beading run through the design, one above the top row, one dividing the two rows, one closing off the bottom, so the panel reads as a stacked block of red against bright white metal.
The panel curves gently across its 19 by 9 millimeter footprint to follow the lobe, which keeps a fairly dense arrangement lying flat instead of standing off the ear. Eight rubies across the pair account for the 3.18 carat total, and that is why the color reads as a field rather than a single point.
