All Gemstones are Natural in Origin
Each earring is a fan, and it is built from eight rubies rather than one. A round ruby inside a diamond halo forms the top; below it, on a short link, hangs an open fan with a large oval ruby at its apex, a second oval directly beneath that, two more spaced along an inner arc and three across the outer arc. Sixteen rubies in total across the pair.
The outer ribs and both arcs are pave set with small round diamonds in white metal, reading as bright lines drawn over the 14K yellow gold, while the two inner ribs stay plain and polished. The color runs to a vivid raspberry red rather than a dark one. At 28 by 21 millimeters the fan fills the space below the lobe.
