Trillion cut tanzanites cover the entire face of this cocktail ring, grouped into small flowerheads of five petals each around a polished gold bead, with further trillions filling the spaces between the blooms. Massed this way the stones read violet from one angle and closer to blue from another, the shift tanzanite is known for, and the 14K yellow gold plating under and around them warms that cool color at every edge.
A beaded border in white metal traces the outline of the cluster, which curves in at the sides and swells at the top and bottom rather than sitting as a plain oval. The head spans the full width of the finger while the shank stays narrow and rounded, so in a size 7 the ring is wide to look at and easy to wear.
