The outline is what carries these: an open silhouette that begins as a heart at the top, pinches to a waist and opens again into a broad rounded base, the entire frame pavé set with small black spinel so the shape is drawn in dark stone rather than in metal. Inside the lower opening sits a flower of seven round peridots, six around a center, and the small triangular top that takes the post repeats the pairing with more black spinel around one further peridot.
Olive green on black is a blunt contrast, and the openwork is what keeps it readable rather than heavy. At 57 by 25 millimeters these hang well below the lobe and are wide enough to register as a shape instead of a line.
