Twenty one oval peridots run the circumference in four claw collets, every stone set east to west and hinged to the next so the line flexes freely along its length. The green is a bright yellow green holding the same tone from one stone to the next, and against yellow gold plating the effect comes out warm rather than cool, the metal picking up the yellow already sitting in the stone.
A plain box clasp with a hinged safety catch closes the circle, settings running right up to it on both sides. At seven inches it sits close to the wrist, and the articulation lets the row roll with the arm instead of standing rigid.
