A heart cut pink topaz carries almost all of the weight, framed by a close halo of small white topaz set in white metal. The bail above it and the cable chain are gold toned, so the pendant runs two colours: a bright white frame immediately around the stone, warm gold at the top and along the chain. That contrast is what stops the halo reading as one flat ring of sparkle. Twenty four by fourteen millimetres on an eighteen inch chain.
