A heart cut pink topaz holds the centre, hot pink at the table and lightening toward the lobes where the facets shallow out, ringed by a halo of small round white topaz that follows the heart outline rather than rounding it off.
The shank is yellow and splits into two arms as it reaches the head, passing under the halo on either side and leaving an open gap beneath the stone. Halo and settings are white metal against that yellow, and the warm band underneath is what keeps the pink reading warm rather than cool. Sized 8 US.
