A matched pair of oval rhodolite garnets, 0.54 carats for the two, each held in four sterling silver prongs with nothing else in the setting. Rhodolite sits toward the raspberry end of garnet, a red carrying a clear purple undertone, and against white metal that purple comes forward.
Each stone measures 6 by 4 millimetres, which at the ear reads as a definite spot of colour without moving into statement territory. Posts and backs in sterling silver.
