All Gemstones are Natural in Origin
The center is a large oval rhodolite garnet in a deep, dark red that holds its color all the way into the shadows of the pavilion, gripped by four rounded rose gold prongs. The diamonds are not set around the stone at all; they run along the shoulders, ranked in stepped and ribbed rows on each side that climb toward the setting like a short flight of stairs.
Those shoulders are finished in white metal, so a bright band runs down each side of the red and then hands off to the plain rose gold shank. That exchange between warm metal, cool metal and a dark red center is what carries the ring on the hand at size 7.
