Oval rubies lie east to west the whole way around this bracelet, four prong set and pushed so close that the shoulders of each stone nearly touch its neighbors. Nothing sits between them, no diamonds and no metal spacers, which is why more than nine carats reads as one continuous band of red rather than a row of separate stones.
The color stays bright, on the raspberry side of red, and it holds evenly from the clasp all the way around the wrist. White gold shows up only as prong tips and the rail underneath. At 7 inches the bracelet fastens with a concealed box clasp and a hinged safety catch.
