At 10.90 carats this is a full weight build, and the ovals show it: each ruby takes up most of the width of the band, deep red and set high enough in its prongs to catch light from the side. Vertical bars carrying three small diamonds apiece stand between them, so the row runs stone, bar, stone the whole way around.
The 14K white gold is doing something specific here. Against the pale metal the red stays cold and clear instead of turning brown, and the 0.2 carats of diamond in those bars reads as a bright ladder running through the color. Seven inches, with a box clasp and a hinged safety catch.
