White gold throughout changes how the halo reads: the claws holding each oval ruby vanish into the surrounding diamonds instead of marking the corners, so the frame comes across as one continuous band of white around the red. Twenty accents circle each stone, forty across the pair, each in its own claw so the outer edge scallops.
The rubies sit toward the crimson end, deepest through the middle of each oval and lighter where the shoulders catch light. At nine by eight millimeters the studs register from across a room as small bright clusters with a dark red core.
