Twelve oval rubies fill the face of this ring in two parallel rows of six, prong set close enough that the stones nearly touch, with small round white topaz tucked into the gaps where the ovals meet. The rubies run 3.22 carats in total, which puts each one at roughly a quarter carat, and their colour sits on the pink side of red with visible variation from stone to stone.
The white topaz adds 0.14 carats and does the job of separating the two rows so they do not blur into one another. The sterling silver band is broad across the top and narrows sharply toward the base. Ring size 7 US.
