Swiss blue topaz needs no help from its setting, so the mount stays out of the way. Oval stones sit east to west in four prong heads with a plain silver link between each pair and nothing else added.
The colour is strong and even from one end of the line to the other, a bright saturated blue with none of the grey a paler topaz carries. 10.70 carats across the line at 7.25 inches, closing with a box clasp and safety catch.
