Eleven oval tanzanites lie across the front of this bolo bracelet in one close row, each gripped by four prongs and turned so its long axis follows the wrist. Tanzanite moves between blue and violet as the viewing angle changes, and a row of this length shows it plainly, since no two neighbors sit at quite the same tilt and no two return the same shade at the same moment.
Yellow plating carries the box chain and the settings, warming the edge of every periwinkle stone where the metal meets it. The stones total 2.28 carats. A single polished slider bead sets the fit by hand rather than a clasp, and the chain opens back out to 10 inches.
