The front of this bolo bracelet carries more than a dozen oval tanzanites set end to end, each in four prongs, so the color runs as one long band across the top of the wrist. Seen together the ovals shift between periwinkle blue and violet as the bracelet turns, some stones reading cooler and some warmer within the same run.
There is no clasp. A fine box chain feeds through a small polished slider, so the bracelet pulls down close or opens out to a maximum of ten inches, and the tail of the chain hangs free behind the wrist. Sterling silver throughout keeps the settings narrow and lets the stones sit almost edge to edge.
