A dragonfly takes shape here in natural tanzanite, its body carrying the violet-to-blue shift that belongs only to this stone. White topaz picks out the wings in bright counterpoint, the whole worked in sterling silver at a generous 43 by 35 millimeters. It is a figural pendant with real movement, and it was made only once.
