Two rows of diamonds ring the oval tanzanite here, an inner circuit pressed close against the stone and an outer one standing beyond it, with a thin band of white gold between the two so both stay legible as separate rings rather than merging into one wide field. Sixty-six diamonds build them, 0.36 carats in total, while the bail above is plain polished metal and deliberately left bare.
The stone weighs 3.52 carats and fills its setting edge to edge. At 23 x 14 x 7 mm the pendant stays small enough to sit high on a 16 inch chain rather than dropping toward the collarbone, and violet gathers at the two ends of the oval while the middle holds a cooler blue.
