The tanzanite at the middle of this pendant is a trillion, a rounded triangle rather than the oval the shape of a pendant usually invites, and the diamonds around it are arranged as two halos instead of one. An inner row runs tight against the stone, an outer row sits slightly proud of it, and both follow the same three sided outline. That doubling absorbs most of the eighty-seven stones; the remainder climb the bail.
Held in one metal color throughout, the two rows read as a single broad field of white light with the violet-blue anchored at its center rather than as separate tiers. The pendant measures 24 by 17 millimeters and hangs from a 16 inch chain.
