All Gemstones are Natural in Origin
An oval tanzanite cabochon holds the center, violet and unfaceted, reading as one solid dome against everything around it. Pear cut aquamarines radiate out from that hub like spokes, ten or so of them in pale watery blue, with open silver gaps between them so light passes through the head instead of stopping at its face. A continuous border of small white stones runs around the outside and closes the circle.
The two blues behave differently and that is the interest of the piece: the cabochon returns one steady pool of violet-blue while the faceted aquamarines break light into separate points. The head is large and domed, wider than the finger and standing well above it. Ring size 7.5 US.
