The layout is floral. An oval turquoise holds the middle, opaque and flatly blue, ringed first by a tight frame of small round diamonds and then by an outer round of pear cut kyanite laid out like petals. The kyanite is transparent and far darker, so the two blues sit side by side without competing: one matte and solid, one glassy and deep.
Sterling silver keeps the whole face cool and lets the diamonds mark the boundary between the turquoise and the petals. This is cocktail scale, wide enough to span the finger from edge to edge and set high off the band. At size 7 it reads clearly from across a table.
