Twelve pear cut tourmalines circle the oval turquoise cabochon at the center of this ring, each set with its point turned inward so the ring reads as a flower head. The colors run pink, green, and blue around the circle, with one stone in a soft peach that interrupts the sequence, and the placement is deliberately unmatched rather than paired side to side.
A scalloped double row of pave diamonds follows the outer edge, dipping between every tourmaline and giving the cluster its petal outline. The turquoise is opaque and returns a steady, even light instead of flashes, which holds all that color still at the middle. It sits broad across the finger at size 7.5 US.
