Nine round emeralds run in a graduated line across the top of this 14K yellow gold band, largest at the centre and stepping down toward each end, with a single gold prong shared between each neighbouring pair. A row of small round diamonds borders the emeralds above and below, so the green sits inside a bright frame with warm gold beyond it.
The band tapers behind the setting into a plain shank. The 0.32 carats quoted in the specification is the sum of everything on the ring, emeralds and diamonds together, spread across close to forty stones. Size 8.
