A half carat emerald cut emerald set east to west across a slim fourteen karat yellow gold band, four prongs at the corners and nothing else holding it. Small diamonds run down each shoulder in a single narrow line that stops well short of the stone.
Everything about this ring is low. The emerald sits close to the finger and the band stays thin, so it stacks against other rings without fighting them. Green against yellow gold warms the stone rather than cooling it the way a white metal would. Size 7.
