We work this way on purpose. Every stone we sell is natural and earth mined, and no two natural stones are alike, so no two finished pieces can be either. Rarity is the entire point of a gemstone, and a one-of-one piece is rarity in its purest form: whoever owns it is the only person who does.
The paperwork in the box
Every piece ships with its gemological appraisal, prepared and signed by a certified GIA Graduate Gemologist and Accredited Jewelry Professional. It is an identification and grading document: the metal exactly as tested, every gemstone with its carat weight, its natural origin, any treatments, its color and cut, plus a photograph of the piece and a unique report number that ties the document to the jewelry in your hand.
One thing the appraisal deliberately does not carry is a dollar figure. Gemological facts stay true forever; market prices move with the world. Ordering, payment, and paying over time

For paying over time, eligible pieces show a monthly figure right under the price, with 0% APR options displayed on the product page. The exact terms for a given piece appear before you commit, so the decision happens with the numbers in front of you.
Shipping: free, insured, worldwide
Every order ships free, anywhere in the world, and fully insured from our hands to yours. Transit typically runs five to seven days, tracked the whole way. With a piece that cannot be replaced, the insurance is not a formality: until the box is in your hands, the risk is ours, not yours.
The 7 day inspection window
You have seven days from delivery to look at the piece properly. Try it in your own light, set it beside its appraisal, let it live on your hand or at your neck for an evening at home. Jewelry photographed well is one thing; jewelry worn is another, and the second one is the truth.
If it is not right, tell us within the window and send it back unworn. We charge no restocking fee, and the refund is issued once the piece arrives back and checks out; the return postage itself is yours. That is the honest shape of the deal: we pay to get the piece safely to you, and if it must travel home, you cover the ride back.
Deciding when there is only one
Here is the tension we will not pretend away: while you think, the piece stays live for everyone else. We do not run countdown timers or fake scarcity banners, because with one-of-a-kind stock the scarcity is simply real. A few habits make the deciding easier:
Save it first. The heart icon on every piece keeps it on your wishlist, so a maybe does not vanish into a forgotten tab. Read the appraisal lines on the listing: carats, origin, treatment, color, cut, all stated before you buy. Sizing worries are usually smaller than they look: most rings can be resized, and the listing notes it when that applies, often at no charge. And if a question is holding you back, ask it through the site's chat or by email; a specific answer beats an hour of guessing.
And if it sells while you are thinking? It is gone, genuinely. Similar stones surface among the new arrivals; identical ones never do. Most collectors who shop this way learn the same lesson once, and only once.

What happens if a piece sells while I am deciding?

Can rings be resized?
Most can. Each listing states the ring's size and notes when resizing is available, often complimentary. If sizing is the only thing between you and a ring, ask before you order rather than after.
What documents come with my purchase?
The signed gemological appraisal, always. Select stones additionally carry a certificate from an independent laboratory, and the listing tells you when that is the case.
Is the appraisal a statement of value?
No. It identifies and grades the piece: metal, stones, carats, natural origin, treatments, color, cut. It deliberately states no price, because facts hold and markets move.
How do returns actually work?
