The blue topaz on this bracelet is cut as hearts rather than the ovals a tennis line usually carries, and the hearts are set in facing pairs so two points meet at the middle of every link. That gives the band a scalloped edge instead of a straight one, and the cut catches light at the lobes and the point in different amounts as the wrist moves.
A small round diamond in a beaded collet sits between each pair, a cold white break in the run of sky blue. Topaz accounts for 10.98 carats and diamond for 0.08. Sterling silver keeps both tones cool, and a hinged box clasp with a folding safety catch closes the bracelet at 7.25 inches.
