A large heart built as an openwork lattice, the grid pierced throughout so light passes through the body of the pendant, with diamonds pave set around the outer edge and around a small heart cut out of the centre. Half a carat spread across that many small stones means the sparkle traces the outlines rather than filling them, which is what keeps a thirty seven millimetre heart from looking heavy.
