A square head, its center filled with small round diamonds pave set inside a milgrain edged frame, with two more triangular fields of pave flanking it at the shoulders. The 0.20 carats is the sum of all of them. Below the head the band turns to heavy vertical fluting in gold plating, and the shift from fine grained stone to coarse ribbed metal is the whole idea of the design.
