The 0.24 carats here is spread across many small round diamonds, pave set in three horizontal rows that run the length of a rectangular plaque and divided into two panels by a narrow bar at the center. The plaque is pale metal and the shank and its borders are gold plated, so the stones sit in a cool field framed by warm edges, which keeps the pave looking bright rather than yellow. It is a wide, flat topped band, closer to a signet in proportion than to anything with a raised setting.
