The London blue topaz is bezel set, four and a quarter carats of it in a cushion cut, and the bezel is what makes the stone read as steel blue and solid rather than sparkling. A halo of round diamonds circles it, then two Swiss blue topaz baguettes sit horizontally at either side, a full shade lighter than the center stone.
That lighter blue is the cleverest move here, reading as an accent color instead of a second attempt at the same one. The diamond frame sweeps down and around into the shoulders in a curve rather than stopping at the head. Sterling silver, size 7.
