Blue sapphire carries the deep, velvety color that has defined the stone for centuries, and here more than three carats of it hang at the ear as a pair of drops. Small white topaz accents catch the light along the way, set against gold plated sterling silver that warms the cool blue. At 29 millimeters they fall just below the lobe with real presence.
